Account Manager

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to manage day-to-day finance, accounting, commercial operations, client accounts, collections, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Handle invoicing, collections, receivables, and vendor payments.
• Manage GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct bank, client, and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS, financial, and cash-flow reports.
• Manage client commercial accounts and payment-related communication.
• Support the Founder with budgets, pricing, proposals, and financial decisions.
• Monitor account profitability and outstanding receivables.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and financial consultants.
• Support improvements in financial controls and internal processes.

Required Skills

• Qualified CA - Mandatory
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or commercial operations.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn.
