Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and business-oriented Account Managers to drive client engagement, account growth, and revenue expansion across strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, presales, or account management within a technology services organization and possess strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business development skills.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving account strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relationship

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology priorities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Revenue Growth & Business Development

  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive revenue expansion.
  • Support pipeline generation and contribute towards achieving account revenue targets.

Presales & Solutioning Support

  • Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Participate in proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and client discussions.
  • Help position Photon’s digital engineering and technology capabilities effectively.

Strategic Planning & Analytics

  • Analyze account performance, revenue trends, margins, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and account health assessments.
  • Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and customer engagement plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive internal governance and ensure timely resolution of client escalations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Presales within a Software Services, IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Technology Consulting organization.
  • Strong understanding of software services delivery and client engagement models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred.
