Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive/Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations within an NBFC setup. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records
• Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Conducting General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and ensuring ledger accuracy
• Managing accounts receivable and payable functions
• Processing tax payments and ensuring timely statutory compliance
• Maintaining basic compliance knowledge of TDS and GST regulations
• Preparing financial reports and MIS as required
• Ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance
• Coordinating with auditors and internal teams when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Working knowledge of TDS and GST compliance
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4 to 5 years of accounting experience in NBFC or financial services Loan accounting.
• Experience in handling finance operations within lending or NBFC setup will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of statutory and tax compliance related to NBFC operations
