• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and customize the Accolade system to meet our business requirements

Responsibilities:

• Accolade Solution Development:Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Accolade platform to meet business needs
• Customize and enhance the Accolade system based on user requirements
• Integration:Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate Accolade with other enterprise systems and applications
• Accolade Configuration:Configure and optimize the Accolade platform to ensure optimal performance and usability
• Implement changes and updates as needed
• System Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for the Accolade system
• Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and development procedures
• Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of Accolade solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements
• User Training:Provide training to end-users on using and navigating the Accolade system
• Create training materials and documentation
• Security and Compliance:Ensure the security and compliance of the Accolade platform with industry standards and regulations
• Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and address business needs
