We are looking for an Academic Mentor who can support and guide students during their learning journey. The candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students grow academically and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support students throughout the course.
• Monitor student attendance and progress
• Conduct mentoring and follow-up sessions.
• Help students clear doubts and stay motivated.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding student performance.
• Maintain student records and reports.
• Handle student concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle students professionally.
• Experience in mentoring, teaching, or counseling is an added advantage.
