Role & responsibilities :

Student Progress Monitoring

• Owns the academic outcomes and learner journey of allotted cohort of students attendance, assignments, and performance
• Identify at-risk students early using data signals and initiate timely outreach or escalation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each student's academic journey throughout the year

Parent & Student Communication

• Own the relationship with every student and parent from the first call to ongoing progress conversations
• The go-to person for academic queries, updates, and context — responsive, informed, and proactive

Tutor Class Audits

• Conduct regular audits of live and recorded classes for a set of mapped tutors
• Evaluate sessions across three dimensions: classroom hygiene (punctuality, structure, platform tool usage), student engagement (participation, interaction quality, responsiveness), and pedagogy (concept clarity, pacing, explanation quality, use of examples)
• Deliver structured, actionable post-audit feedback to tutors and track improvement over time

Preferred candidate profile :

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly with students and parents
• Strong analytical ability to read student data and identify patterns early
• Structured observation and feedback skills for conducting class audits
• High organizational ability to manage a large allocated cohort effectively
• Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to handling academic concerns
• Ability to balance student-facing responsibilities with quality monitoring tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech industry
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or international curricula
