Mandatory Skills Description:
- Hands-on experience of at least 4 to 5 years building graphs/plans in Ab Initio, could be Continuous Flows or Batch, or both. Recent/current experience preferred.
- Experience in improving Ab Initio graph performance.
- Experience in source control and code promotion techniques in Ab Initio.
- Hands-on experience using SQL (any RDBMS) and at least a basic understanding of shell scripting.
- Understanding of database concepts - at least at a basic level.
- Fundamental knowledge of computing and network-related concepts.
- Excellent analytical/aptitude skills - be able to quickly understand and comprehend problem statements and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
- Exposure to working in an Agile team structure.
- Excellent communication skills - Note that this doesn't mean "excellent language skills"; we're looking for someone who can put across their thoughts clearly and respectfully.
