Role and Responsibilities:

Support key functions across Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems aligned with organizational needs
Responsibilities tailored to the candidate s background, skills, and experience to enable meaningful contribution and learning
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams on cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement efforts
Assist in the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives

Qualifications:

Prior professional experience in Finance / Human Resources / Information Systems or related functions
0 3 years of career break due to personal, family, academic, or other valid reasons
Educational background in Commerce / Finance / Accounting, Human Resources / Psychology , Business Administration / Management , Information Systems / IT / Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Determined willingness to upskill and adapt to new tools, systems, and ways of working.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach, skilled problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Effective time management, prioritization, and ability to work with initiative and within teams
