Aadhaar Seva Trainer

Role & responsibilities

The Aadhaar Seva Trainer is responsible for training and certifying Aadhaar operators and supervisors on UIDAI guidelines, Aadhaar enrollment and update processes, system usage, compliance requirements, and customer service standards. The role ensures that all trainees are operationally ready and compliant with UIDAI regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Certification in UIDAI Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor (preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Aadhaar Enrollment/Update operations or training.
• Experience in conducting classroom and field training programs.
