3D Architectural Visualizer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced 3D Architectural Visualizer to join our architectural design team.

The role involves creating high-quality, photorealistic exterior and interior architectural visualizations from AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, sketches and reference images.

The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural understanding and be able to take a project from drawings through to the final render with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic exterior and interior 3D renders
• Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD DWG/PDF architectural drawings
• Understand floor plans, elevations, sections and architectural details
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting and landscaping
• Produce high-quality daytime and evening architectural visuals
• Add furniture, vegetation, people, vehicles and other entourage
• Produce different design/material options for client presentations
• Create walkthroughs and animations when required
• Make revisions based on architect/client comments
• Work closely with architects and CAD technicians
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines
• Maintain organized models, textures and asset libraries

Essential Skills

Strong experience in:

• 3ds Max
• Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

• Lumion
• D5 Render
• Enscape
• Twinmotion
• Unreal Engine
• Blender
• Rhino
• Revit

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 6years of architectural visualization experience
• Strong portfolio of residential exterior and interior renders
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, textures and composition
• Ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings
• Strong attention to architectural details and proportions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output
• Comfortable receiving comments and completing revisions
• Advantage with international experience
