Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and customise ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
- Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, license positions and normalisation/reconciliation.
- Conduct license audits, reclamation and cost-optimisation activities.
- Integrate ITAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera and CMDB.
- Build asset dashboards, compliance metrics and executive reports.
- Lead solution design workshops, architecture/design reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor developers, enforce ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro & SAM Pro, ITAM/SAM, CMDB & CSDM.
- Discovery, JavaScript/GlideScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- REST/SOAP APIs; SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera FNMS.
- Import Sets, Transform Maps and asset reconciliation.
- Software license compliance and asset governance.
